Economics • Management • Accounting

Jurnal Econmark Accounting (JEA) , published by CV. Erukasyah Lagaliora Publishing , is committed to conducting journal promotion and direct marketing in a responsible, accurate, transparent, ethical, and professional manner. Promotional communications intended to attract authors, reviewers, readers, academic institutions, or scholarly partners must accurately represent the journal's focus and scope, editorial policies, peer-review procedures, publication frequency, publisher, publication charges, and indexing status.

JEA does not support misleading claims, exaggerated statements, false publication guarantees, deceptive promotional materials, or communication practices that could create an inaccurate impression of the journal's academic reputation, editorial standards, or scholarly recognition. All promotional activities must support legitimate academic communication in economics, management, and accounting.

Permitted Marketing Channels

JEA may disseminate journal information through legitimate academic and professional communication channels, including:

  • The official JEA journal website and its published announcements.
  • Official communication channels of CV. Erukasyah Lagaliora Publishing.
  • Academic mailing lists, professional associations, and scholarly networks.
  • Institutional and professional social media channels.
  • Academic conferences, seminars, research workshops, and scholarly events.
  • Direct invitations to researchers whose expertise is relevant to economics, management, or accounting.
  • Communication with universities, research institutions, academic departments, and professional organizations.
  • Other appropriate academic communication channels that comply with professional, ethical, and applicable data-protection standards.
Accuracy of Information

All promotional materials must accurately reflect the journal's current policies and verified status. JEA will not claim accreditation, indexing, impact factors, citation metrics, rankings, institutional partnerships, international recognition, or other scholarly credentials unless such information has been officially confirmed and can be independently verified. Marketing materials must clearly distinguish between confirmed achievements and future development targets.

Relevant and Targeted Communication

Direct invitations to submit manuscripts, serve as reviewers, or participate in scholarly activities should be relevant to the recipient's academic qualifications, research expertise, and professional responsibilities. JEA seeks to prioritize meaningful communication with researchers specializing in economic development, business management, financial management, accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate governance, and related research areas. The journal does not support indiscriminate, excessive, repetitive, misleading, or coercive solicitation that may reasonably be considered unsolicited spam.

No Guarantee of Acceptance or Publication

An invitation to submit a manuscript to JEA does not constitute a guarantee of peer review, acceptance, rapid publication, citation, accreditation, or indexing. All submitted manuscripts remain subject to the journal's editorial screening, focus and scope assessment, research-integrity checks, and double-blind peer-review process. Acceptance decisions are based on scholarly merit, methodological quality, originality, research integrity, and relevance to the journal's academic disciplines.

Transparency of Publication Charges

Jurnal Econmark Accounting (JEA) maintains a transparent and clearly communicated publication fee policy. The journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 250,000 per accepted article to support editorial and publication operations, including article production, layout preparation, journal infrastructure, and online dissemination.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
Rp250.000
Per Accepted Article

The APC applies only to manuscripts that have been accepted following the journal's established editorial screening and peer-review procedures. Payment does not guarantee acceptance or publication. The APC must not influence reviewer recommendations, editorial decisions, or the evaluation of scholarly quality.

The journal does not permit hidden publication charges or unauthorized payment requests. All official payment instructions must be provided through authorized JEA communication channels. Marketing materials must accurately state the applicable APC and must not promise preferential editorial treatment in exchange for payment.

Use of Contact Information

Contact information used for scholarly communication must be obtained, processed, and managed responsibly. Email addresses, professional affiliations, academic identities, and other personal or professional information must not be misused, sold, or disclosed to unrelated third parties for unauthorized commercial marketing purposes. JEA seeks to respect applicable privacy and data-protection requirements when conducting academic promotional activities.

Respect for Communication Preferences

Recipients of direct promotional communications should be able to request the discontinuation of non-essential marketing messages where applicable. JEA is committed to respecting reasonable requests to stop receiving promotional invitations or journal announcements. Such preferences should not affect a person's academic standing, manuscript evaluation, reviewer relationship, or professional interaction with the journal.

Prohibited Marketing Practices

JEA does not support promotional practices involving:

  • False or misleading claims about SINTA accreditation, Scopus indexing, Web of Science coverage, DOAJ inclusion, impact factors, citation metrics, or journal rankings.
  • Guarantees of manuscript acceptance or publication.
  • Unrealistic promises of rapid peer review or publication that compromise editorial quality.
  • Misrepresentation of editorial board members, reviewers, universities, academic partnerships, or publisher affiliations.
  • Deceptive use of journal titles, logos, ISSN, DOI information, or institutional identities.
  • Excessive, repetitive, or indiscriminate mass solicitation.
  • Pressure on authors to cite JEA articles solely to artificially increase journal citation indicators.
  • Use of misleading testimonials, fabricated endorsements, or unverified claims of scholarly recognition.
  • Any marketing activity that undermines editorial independence, academic integrity, publication ethics, or public trust in scholarly publishing.
Editorial Independence

Marketing activities and promotional considerations must remain separate from editorial decision-making. The selection, peer review, acceptance, rejection, correction, or retraction of manuscripts must be based on scholarly quality, journal scope, methodological rigor, research integrity, and established editorial policies. Financial, commercial, promotional, institutional, or personal interests must not improperly influence editorial decisions.

Responsible Marketing Commitment

Jurnal Econmark Accounting (JEA) is committed to truthful, relevant, respectful, transparent, and non-coercive academic communication. Direct marketing is intended to strengthen legitimate scholarly awareness, academic collaboration, and research dissemination in economics, management, and accounting. Marketing practices must never compromise editorial independence, publication ethics, research integrity, or the trust of authors, reviewers, readers, and the wider academic community.
