Jurnal Econmark Accounting (JEA) is committed to transparency regarding the financial resources supporting its editorial, publishing, technological, preservation, and scholarly dissemination activities. The journal is published by CV. Erukasyah Lagaliora Publishing and maintains a transparent financial policy to support the sustainable publication of scholarly research in economics, management, and accounting.
Financial considerations must remain independent of editorial judgment. Publication charges, publisher support, sponsorship, advertising, or other legitimate financial contributions must not influence manuscript selection, peer review, editorial decisions, publication priority, or the presentation of scholarly research findings.
The journal's publication infrastructure and operational activities may be supported by CV. Erukasyah Lagaliora Publishing. Such support may include management of the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, website hosting, technical maintenance, editorial administration, metadata management, manuscript production, digital publication, preservation activities, and scholarly dissemination. Publisher support does not provide authority to override the independent scholarly decisions of the Editorial Team.
Jurnal Econmark Accounting (JEA) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 250,000 per accepted article. This charge supports the journal's publication operations, including article preparation, layout, digital publishing infrastructure, website maintenance, metadata management, and online dissemination.
The APC applies to manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial assessment and peer-review process and have been accepted for publication. Payment does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or publication. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, research integrity, and relevance to the journal's scope.
The journal will communicate official payment instructions through authorized channels. Any additional charges, if introduced, must be clearly disclosed through the official journal website before they become applicable. No undisclosed or unofficial payments may be required as a condition of manuscript evaluation or acceptance.
Subject to actual arrangements and the journal's ethical policies, JEA may receive additional financial or non-financial support from legitimate sources, including:
- Institutional or organizational support.
- Research grants or legitimate scholarly-publishing support.
- Sponsorship of journal-related academic activities, conferences, seminars, or scholarly initiatives.
- Advertising accepted in accordance with the JEA Advertising Policy.
- Technical, technological, or publishing infrastructure support from legitimate partners.
- Other lawful financial or operational contributions consistent with the journal's academic mission and editorial independence.
The inclusion of these categories does not imply that JEA currently receives funding or sponsorship from every listed source.
JEA does not permit payment, sponsorship, commercial arrangements, donations, or financial contributions to influence or secure a favorable editorial decision. The IDR 250,000 APC is a publication charge for accepted articles and is not a payment for manuscript acceptance. All manuscripts must satisfy the journal's focus and scope, research-integrity requirements, editorial screening procedures, and double-blind peer-review standards before acceptance.
The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Team retain independent authority over manuscript evaluation, peer-review administration, and final editorial decisions. Publishers, sponsors, advertisers, funders, donors, service providers, and other financial contributors must not determine which manuscripts are reviewed, accepted, rejected, corrected, or retracted. Financial relationships must not override editorial standards or compromise the independence of scholarly assessment.
Where a journal issue, research dissemination initiative, academic event, or other journal-related activity receives identifiable external financial support, the relationship should be appropriately disclosed. Financial support does not constitute endorsement of individual articles and must not compromise the independence of authors, reviewers, or editors. Any sponsorship arrangement must remain consistent with the journal's Advertising Policy and publication ethics requirements.
Editors, reviewers, and authors must disclose financial relationships or conflicts of interest that could reasonably influence, or appear to influence, the interpretation, review, or publication of a manuscript. Where a significant conflict exists, the affected editor or reviewer should withdraw from the relevant evaluation or editorial decision. Disclosed financial interests must be managed appropriately to protect research integrity and public trust.
JEA seeks to ensure that mandatory publication fees and significant financial relationships relevant to authors and readers are communicated transparently through official journal channels. The journal publicly identifies its Article Processing Charge of IDR 250,000 per accepted article. The journal will not intentionally conceal mandatory publication charges, misrepresent its financial arrangements, or make misleading claims regarding its revenue sources and publishing operations.
Jurnal Econmark Accounting (JEA) upholds the principle that financial sustainability must remain independent of scholarly judgment. No revenue source, publication charge, sponsorship arrangement, or commercial consideration may improperly influence peer review, editorial decisions, publication standards, or the journal's commitment to transparent and ethical scholarly publishing.
