Journal Marketing and Promotion Policy

Ethical Media Architecture and Educational Technology (EMAET) promotes its journal and published articles to improve scholarly visibility, attract relevant research and development submissions, and expand access among researchers, educators, educational technologists, and practitioners.

All promotional activities must be accurate, transparent, responsible, and consistent with publication ethics. EMAET does not use spam, deceptive invitations, false indexing claims, misleading publication promises, or promotional practices that may harm authors, readers, institutions, or other publishers.

Promotion Goals
  • increase awareness of EMAET’s focus, scope, and publication policies;
  • attract high-quality research and development manuscripts that integrate ethical, moral, or religious values;
  • improve the visibility and accessibility of published articles; and
  • expand responsible scholarly engagement and readership.
Journal Homepage Discoverability

EMAET maintains an informative and accessible journal homepage to help prospective authors and readers understand the journal’s identity, academic scope, editorial standards, and publication process.

The journal homepage presents:

  • the journal’s aims and scope;
  • editorial team and reviewer information;
  • author guidelines and submission procedures;
  • publication ethics and peer-review policies;
  • current and previous issues;
  • announcements and calls for papers; and
  • relevant publication information and journal updates.
Search Engine Optimization

EMAET applies appropriate search engine optimization practices to improve the discoverability of its journal pages and published content through scholarly and general search engines.

Optimization may include accurate article titles, abstracts, keywords, metadata, headings, author information, references, file descriptions, and structured journal content. These practices are intended to support discoverability and do not guarantee indexing, citation performance, search rankings, or manuscript submissions.

Promotional Channels

EMAET may promote its journal and publications through:

  • the official journal website;
  • academic and institutional networks;
  • scholarly conferences and seminars;
  • professional associations;
  • responsible social media communication;
  • email communication to relevant and consenting recipients; and
  • academic indexing, repository, and discovery services.
Ethical Promotion Principles

EMAET will not guarantee manuscript acceptance, accelerated publication, indexing, accreditation, citation levels, search rankings, or editorial outcomes. Promotional statements must accurately reflect the journal’s current status, fees, review procedures, publication frequency, and verified indexing achievements.

Responsible Email Communication

Calls for papers and journal announcements must be sent only to relevant recipients through lawful, proportionate, and responsible communication. EMAET will not use harvested email addresses, repeated unsolicited messages, misleading subject lines, or invitations that falsely imply personal selection, guaranteed acceptance, or rapid publication.

Third-Party Promotion

Any institution, partner, representative, or third-party service promoting EMAET must use accurate and authorized information. The journal and publisher reserve the right to request correction or removal of misleading, unauthorized, or unethical promotional material.

EMAET is committed to increasing scholarly visibility through responsible, evidence-based, and ethical communication while protecting the credibility of the journal and the interests of authors, reviewers, readers, institutions, and the wider academic community.
