NexaAssist Journal of Inclusive Technology (NAJIT) is committed to transparent and responsible financial practices in scholarly publishing. Any Article Processing Charge (APC) adopted by the journal is intended to support legitimate publishing activities, including editorial administration, digital production, platform maintenance, metadata management, and open-access dissemination of research.
The journal maintains a clear separation between publication charges and editorial decisions. Payment does not influence editorial screening, reviewer recommendations, research-integrity assessment, or manuscript acceptance.
The APC amount has not yet been specified on this policy page. Authors should not interpret this notice as confirmation that publication is free of charge or that a particular fee has been established. The journal will publish its definitive fee policy before requesting any applicable author payment.
If an APC is introduced, payment will be requested only after formal manuscript acceptance . Authors will not be required to pay an APC merely to submit a manuscript, undergo initial editorial screening, or participate in the double-blind peer-review process.
Where an APC applies, it may contribute to the following journal publishing activities:
- Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and website maintenance.
- Editorial administration and manuscript management.
- Copyediting and preparation of accepted manuscripts.
- Article layout, typesetting, and digital publication.
- Bibliographic metadata preparation and publication-record management.
- DOI-related publication services, where available and implemented.
- Digital preservation, archiving, and secure storage.
- Accessibility improvements for digital scholarly content.
- Open-access dissemination and scholarly discoverability.
An APC does not purchase acceptance or favorable editorial consideration. Every manuscript must first meet NAJIT's focus and scope, originality requirements, research-integrity standards, and methodological expectations. Manuscripts proceeding to external evaluation must complete the journal's double-blind peer-review process. Financial considerations remain independent of scholarly judgment.
Payment of any applicable APC does not guarantee accelerated peer review, preferential editorial treatment, indexing, citation, accreditation, ranking, or other academic outcomes. Acceptance decisions are based on scholarly contribution, methodological rigor, research integrity, and relevance to assistive technology, digital accessibility, and inclusive educational technology.
If payment becomes applicable, instructions will be provided through official communication channels of NAJIT and CV. Erukasyah Lagaliora Publishing following formal acceptance. Authors should not transfer money to personal accounts or unidentified parties claiming to represent the journal.
NAJIT provides immediate open access to its published scholarly articles. Readers are not required to pay subscription or access fees. The journal's open-access and copyright policies govern the reuse and distribution of published content. Under the proposed CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licensing framework, users may share and adapt articles subject to attribution, non-commercial use, and ShareAlike requirements.
NexaAssist Journal of Inclusive Technology (NAJIT) is committed to transparent publication charges and independent editorial decisions. Any applicable fee will be disclosed through official journal channels and will not influence manuscript selection, peer review, or acceptance for publication.
