Revenue Source

Revenue Sources

NexaAssist Journal of Inclusive Technology (NAJIT) is committed to transparency regarding the financial and operational resources that support its editorial management, scholarly publishing, technological infrastructure, digital preservation, and research dissemination activities. The journal is published by CV. Erukasyah Lagaliora Publishing and may receive financial or operational support through legitimate publishing-related sources.

Financial considerations must remain separate from independent editorial judgment. Revenue sources, publication charges, sponsorship, advertising, or other forms of financial support must not influence manuscript selection, peer review, editorial decisions, or the interpretation and publication of research findings.

Publisher Support

The journal's publication infrastructure and operational activities may be supported by CV. Erukasyah Lagaliora Publishing. Such support may include Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform management, web hosting, technical maintenance, editorial administration, metadata management, digital publication, preservation planning, and scholarly dissemination. Publisher support is intended to sustain the journal's academic mission and publishing operations.

Author Publication Charges

Where an Article Processing Charge (APC) or another author fee applies, the amount, purpose, payment stage, and relevant conditions must be stated transparently on the official NAJIT journal website. Any applicable charges should be consistent with the journal's published author-fee policy.

Payment of a publication charge does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or publication. Editorial assessment and peer review must be conducted independently of an author's ability, willingness, or obligation to pay any applicable fee.

Other Legitimate Sources of Support

Subject to actual funding arrangements and the journal's editorial policies, additional financial or non-financial support may include:

  • Institutional or organizational support for scholarly publication activities.
  • Research grants and legitimate academic-publishing support.
  • Sponsorship of journal-related conferences, workshops, or scholarly activities.
  • Advertising accepted in accordance with the NAJIT Advertising Policy.
  • Technical assistance, digital infrastructure, or operational support provided by legitimate academic or professional partners.
  • Other lawful funding or support consistent with the journal's scholarly mission, accessibility commitments, and editorial independence.
No Pay-to-Accept Policy

NAJIT does not permit payment, sponsorship, commercial arrangements, or financial contributions to be used to obtain favorable editorial decisions. All submitted manuscripts must satisfy the journal's scope, originality, research-integrity requirements, editorial screening, and double-blind peer-review standards before acceptance for publication.

Editorial Independence

The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Team retain independent responsibility for editorial assessment and publication decisions. Publishers, sponsors, advertisers, funding organizations, donors, commercial partners, and service providers must not determine which manuscripts are reviewed, accepted, rejected, corrected, or retracted.

Sponsorship and Financial Disclosure

Where a journal issue, publication initiative, academic event, or other journal-related activity receives identifiable external financial support, the relationship should be disclosed appropriately. Financial sponsorship does not constitute endorsement of individual articles and must not compromise the independence of authors, reviewers, editors, or research findings.

Financial Conflicts of Interest

Editors, reviewers, and authors must disclose relevant financial relationships or potential conflicts of interest that could reasonably influence, or appear to influence, the assessment, interpretation, or publication of research. Individuals with significant conflicts must not participate in editorial decisions where impartiality may be compromised.

Financial Transparency

NAJIT is committed to providing clear and accurate information concerning publication fees and significant financial relationships relevant to authors and readers. The journal will not intentionally conceal mandatory charges, misrepresent its financial arrangements, or create misleading impressions regarding the sources of support for its publication activities.

Support for Accessibility and Inclusion

In line with its scholarly mission, NAJIT encourages responsible investment in accessible publishing infrastructure, inclusive digital content, and sustainable access to research concerning persons with disabilities. Financial support for accessibility improvements must remain independent of manuscript selection and editorial evaluation.
