Promotional information must accurately reflect the journal's current publication frequency, peer-review process, open-access policy, fee policy, scope, and officially verified indexing or accreditation status.

Transparent Fee Communication

Promotional materials may state that IMAPE does not charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts. This free-publication policy must never be used to imply guaranteed acceptance. All submissions remain subject to editorial screening, peer review, and the journal's academic quality requirements.

Responsible Email Communication

Calls for papers, reviewer invitations, and journal announcements should be directed to relevant academic recipients through lawful, reasonable, and professionally appropriate communication. IMAPE does not support harvested mailing lists, repeated unsolicited messages, deceptive subject lines, or messages falsely implying personal selection, guaranteed acceptance, rapid publication, or guaranteed indexing.

Third-Party Promotion

Institutions, partners, representatives, or third-party services promoting IMAPE must use accurate, current, and authorized information. The journal and publisher may request correction or removal of unauthorized, misleading, inaccurate, or unethical promotional materials associated with the journal.

Indexing and Accreditation Transparency

IMAPE will not advertise itself as indexed, accredited, or included in a particular database until such status has been formally confirmed by the relevant indexing or accreditation organization. Future indexing aspirations must be clearly distinguished from officially verified achievements.

Commitment to Responsible Promotion

IMAPE is committed to increasing scholarly visibility through accurate, responsible, ethical, and evidence-based communication while protecting the credibility of the journal and the interests of authors, reviewers, readers, institutions, and the wider academic community.
